Our Team

With over two decades of experience, Jose founded CIM Enterprises Inc. in 2011. His knowledge goes way back to his younger years of life. Jose has become well-respected expert in this specific industry. Jose has three kids, Christian, Isaiah, Matiana, which is where CIM comes from. 

Lenley Betts is the Director of Operations at CIM Enterprises Inc. with 31 years of experience, helping to install concrete foundation all across central Texas. Lenley has been married for 38 years, his wife is a Director of Accounting for a home builder. He has one daughter that is married and one son that is graduating in May at Texas A&M with a degree in Ag Economics. 

With 20+ years of experience, Julie joined CIM Enterprises Inc. in 2015. She quickly became the office manager and has made the production of our company run as smoothly as possible. She has a well loved family that includes three daughters and two sons. 

We provide in-house machinery with a wide range of concrete pumps to dump trucks. We also offer rental services for our concrete pumps. Our machinery is up to date and is very well taken care of. 

Our material is suitable to support the housing structures that builders provide. We receive our material from credible and trustworthy providers. 

Our employees are very dedicated to their work. Our employees have developed a well-rounded knowledge. Our work is goes through numerous checkpoints to make sure everything is done the correct way.
